Alice has over 15 years of experience working in the industry as a branded buyer at some of the UK’s largest retailers, during this time she worked with hundreds of brands across denim, premium and streetwear.
Now an agency owner, bringing huge energy and excitement to any brand and project she works on. Passionate about bringing positive change to the industry and old attitudes by starting an inclusive agency that is female-owned and supports a selection of strong brands.
Working on the wholesale and strategy side of the business, Alice has organically grown the agency into working on seasonal shoots, catwalk/trade events and the product placement side of the industry.

RXTRO Store are leaders in the retro sportswear sector along with RXTRO FEST the sustainable streetwear festival and RXTRO Agency the Culture & Digital Marketing Agency.
Wonderland Agency is working closely with Rxtro on Rxtrofest, the UK’s premier streetwear tradeshow festival and celebration of all things hip hop culture, gaining sponsorship with various brands, showing and creating catwalk events. Also collaborating with the Rxtro Agency on various projects.
Naomi currently runs her own creative agency CONCEPT-CREATIVE where she works on a wide range of creative projects that include Art Direction, Creative Direction, Artist Image Development, Creative Strategy, Styling, Directing, Casting and Creative and Business Consulting. She is also the Founder of CONCEPT. Over the past thirteen years, Naomi has worked full-time and freelanced across a variety of disciplines in the fashion and creative industries. Naomi collaborates with Wonderland Agency on Creative Projects and Strategy.
Dylan has been a fashion archivist for 8 years, specialising in the collections management of fashion houses such as Moncler, with the goal of unlocking their hidden values, building collections and design packs that fully represent the heritage, roots and DNA of brands.
Dylan has pieces from the original Cross Colours x Karl Kani collab, also styles of the heavy denim shirt from the 90’s as worn by Biggie, 2Pac, Nas and Snoop to name a few. He also holds a 1993 Karl Kani belt as worn by 2Pac in the advert from around the time “Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z.,,” album came out.
Collaborating with Wonderland Agency Dylan is showcasing the key pieces from the archive that bring the history of Karl Kani to life, in conjunction with the current collections in activations at London Fashion Week and Karl Kani pop-ups in various locations to grow brand awareness and create a link with the brand history and latest collections.
